Our drinks don’t contain any preservatives—labeled or hidden. Sometimes citric acid gets mistaken for a preservative, but in our case, it’s used strictly as a natural acidifier to balance pH. Combined with lemon juice, it helps create the right acidity level so our drinks can be gently heat-pasteurized, making them shelf-stable without the need for any added preservatives.
