How do I cancel my subscription?Updated a month ago

You can pause or cancel your subscription anytime through your subscription dashboard. 

To log in, simply enter your email, and we’ll send you a one-time code via email or text—no password required. Once logged in, navigate to the subscription you wish to cancel and select Cancel Subscription. 

If you’d prefer not to cancel, you can reschedule or skip an upcoming delivery from the same dashboard. Please note: we can only guarantee the same pricing for active subscriptions.

What happens when you cancel

• Canceling stops your next subscription order.

• If an order is already being prepared for shipment, canceling your subscription will not cancel that order. You may still see one final charge.

• We send an email reminder 3–5 days before each upcoming order. If you cancel within that window before the order is processed, your next shipment and charge will be skipped.
