You have 60 minutes from when you place your order to make changes, including updating your delivery address. After this window, we're unable to make modifications as your order will have been sent to our fulfillment team.
If you're still within the 60-minute window, you should see the option to make modifications to your order when you log in to your account. If you don't see this option, it's likely that the time has expired or changes are no longer possible.
If your order is already in transit, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number to request that your delivery address be changed.
