Do you ship orders same-day?

Generally, most orders will ship same-day if placed by 2 p.m. Eastern Time on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). This means if you submit your order before the 2 p.m. ET cut-off, we'll ship it out the same day; orders received

Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. For our Canadian customers, please visit our Canadian store to purchase Mateina.

Which U.S. states do you ship to?

We’re excited to share that we ship to all 50 states, including Washington D.C. While we’re not able to reach U.S. territories just yet, we're working on expanding our delivery range. Stay tuned!

Lost packages due to address errors
